PayPal International NO Online Customer Service

PayPal International uses an online web site to do business but does not have an e-mail service to help with problem resolution. They only have a telephone number and a **** e-mail service that if you try to use it says that it is not working and to try again later. If you go onto their community forum to try and find answers as to how to e-mail them you can read that they dodge the issue by claiming that they need attachments to confirm transactions and that there is too great a risk of viruses or some such nonsense. Because they are the only service that allows me to donate money to various charities that I support, I am forced to use them. But beware that they will never respond to a problem with their service if you wish to contact them in any way other that a phone call, which os not possible from South Africa without paying excessive phone charges. DO NOT use this company unless you have no other choice. They will not offer any customer service.
