Paypal inefficiency and shoddy communication

Paypal recently locked my account. Their stated reason was that I needed to provide some additional verification details as my transaction limit had been reached. I submitted this and was told that they would revert in 7-9 working days. I waited , nothing happened. I then sent a query through their message system and was assured that this would be resolved. Nothing happened. Today when I tried to send a further query, I was informed by the system that no agents were available. This account is used to receive donor funds for my non-profit. My international donors cannot send funds, this makes my non profit look unprofessional. I cannot believe how inefficient a massive corporate - Paypal is - it is ridiculous and is damaging the work I do
