Paypal horrible customer service

Useless service from Paypal customer service. I received double payment on my account. For pazinty.novabrand.it. I report the payments to them and all response I received back is nothing wrong with it your ****ing problem. Why would I report a payment if I have made it but I didn't make the freaking payment so that's the reason why I reported it!!!!!!!! I will never use them again! Useless, not safe app to use.
