PAYPAL HAS BLOCKED ACCESS TO MY FUNDS

Paypal experience has been terrible! Have not been able to access money sent to me for four days now. Access was blocked by a security feature on Paypal which no one at Paypal has been able to assist me with. Have called Paypal several times but not received any assistance and their consultants refuse to give their names or assist me further. They are rude, unhelpful and disinterested. NEVER EVER USE PAYPAL IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!!
