PayPal ***** (****)

I sold an item and was requested to use PayPal for receiving of the payment. I did it, sent up the tracking number as requested but I was then notified by PayPal the following "Please Note:That your Paypal Account is inactive we need you to send the sum of R2000.00 Rands to our agent Mr, Austin Smith through any money market like Pep and take a clear picture of the voucher and pin and send it to us for verification and payment now. Note:This service fee is refundable and it is used to activate your Paypal account. We have withdrawn your funds from the buyer's account and we have your funds safe with us, be rest assured as we have everything under control. Note:You will be receiving the total amount of 6300.00 ZAR once you pay for service fees. We are doing this to make sure that you and the buyer have a safe transaction and it's our duty to make sure that both parties are being protected. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate by replying to this email we sent you." I did everything as requested but only received the money from the item and not the R2000 back from PayPal. Please becareful of them as it is just a ****. They will not refund you as stated.
