Paypal **** transactions

One star is one too many for this institution since they are doing transaction on one of my cards without me buying anything :( Will never use it since I have used them over a year ago and now all of a sudden transactions are popping up in my bank account with paypal as the reference as if I bought through them - they are definitely not trustworthy and I would rate them -100 if the option was there.
