PayPal Disgrace

Made a transaction with a Chinese company through Paypal. I never received the item and reported it to Paypal. Paypal responded with several poor explanations and have resided in protecting the seller . Todate I did not receive the product from the seller. My concerns with this is that Paypal has authorised these bogus companies and ********* to make use of their platform and clearly do not offer the consumer protection at all. It appears that paypal continue to allow these ********** transactions across their platform and have not taken action to protect the very people who support and trust their platform when processing online transactions.
