Paypal denies refund after my account was hacked and a ***** case opened

I logged a claim on Paypal within hours or discovering my account was hacked. I logged a ***** case with my bank as well and canceled my card. I received feedback from PayPal that my claim was denied. How on earth does this happen and when you dispute this they just deny that it was unauthorized even if you can prove there is a ***** case opened!

Not only did this person ***** my money but put my FNB account in the minus and left me with zero money in my bank and PayPal just doesnt care!
