PayPal convenient and easy to use?? NOT

I needed assistance with linking my daughters debit card to my paypal account in order for her to receive dollars from family. FNB were extremely helpful, they checked the card within minutes and said there should not be any problems. I have had to use a friends PayPal account now, of which he sent the dollars to me and it is now on hold for 24 hours???!! I phoned PayPal twice yesterday, holding on for 15 minutes at a time and just keep being cut off. A total nightmare
