PAYPAL contacts - unauthorised payment going off

I am trying to get hold of Paypal to refute a payment and cannot find a way to report the problem. It sends you on all sorts of multi choice queries but never can you actually get an email address of someone to write to. I thought they were a secure option but there are ******* using them and I cannot find the help I need!!!

Please can anyone help.
