PayPal cannot read - Beware

I bought goods through Paypal. The *****ed supplier (Style Vivienne) delivered one and not the 3 items. I gave away the item I had received as it had been bought as a gift. Later, when the rest did not arrive, I lodged a dispute. PayPal kept telling me to return the item for refund (which I could not). I wrote many times, but they do not read and they give unrelated answers. Now my dispute is closed and they will not entertain a review and say it is my problem. DO NOT THINK PAYPAL will help. And DO NOT expect them to read.
