Paypal "Buyer Protection Plan" does not exist

Paypal is absolutely a waste of time. They don't honor the Buyer Protection Plan. I made a purchase of approximately $ 6,000. The seller sent me counterfeit goods. When I logged a complaint to Paypal, we only get the standard automated responses. I will be initiating a charge back via my bank.

I will never use Paypal again - totally unsafe and unprofessional.

Buyers - please beware if you were counting on Paypal's "Buyer Protection Plan"
