PayPal Bad customer service

Bad very bad they failed to allow me to close my account because I had not finished uploading my documents, and when I was trying to contact them the page of frequently asked questions always popped up, when I finally maged to get reach of them they told me to just upload the documents no explanation nothing they didn't even understand why I wanted to close my account even before uploading documents, they make it so hard and the reasons are uknown
