PayPal are ******* that ***** your money!

PayPal is a hole for *****ing your money! I had a PayPal account a few years ago that said they will debit my account a s then refund it. They debited it and NEVER REFUNDES IT. My account was in the negative for WEEKS. This time around they opened my account debit and refunded my card and then I had money paid in there and I cannot withdraw it because my account status is unverified. I HAVE MY ID NUMBER, MY CARD, ALL OF MY PERSONAL DETAILS ENTERED AND THERE IS NO OPEN SPACES THERE and yet it is still UNVERFIED!!! They are a Phishing **** that somehow successfully hides their means and they keep all you money!!!! There is no way at all to get hold of them.
