PAYPAL are THEIVES!!!!

I am not one who writes anything bad about any company, but I am furious with PayPal. I am a new user of their services and opened a new account on Sunday 30th January 2022 as a family member who wanted me to buy some things from South Africa and have them shipped to Zambia. Their preferred mode of payment was PayPal and I thought it would be nice to have a PayPal account (for the first time). To my disappointment, after my family member sent me $520, PayPal decides to "permanently limit my account". Now I cannot use my account to send or receive money and I need to wait for 6 MONTHS to transfer the $520 to my bank account. What the hell is this? $520 in South Africa is a lot of money, it is my one-month rent. And now I have to wait for 180 days to get it. I called their customer service and they informed me that once their Risk and Security department makes a decision, it is deemed FINAL and no changes can be done thereafter. I am never gonna use their services going forward. Completely disappointed and furious.
