I made an online shopping for a weave, did the payment through PayPal which seemed like a good idea at the time. Goods were not received and I lodged a formal complaint with the company and there was no response so next step was PayPal. They refused to refund me and told me I received the weave and closed the case and cut off all communication with me. I have been sending emails with no response
