PayPal and FNB bank

I received money from my international sponsors and I have been using PayPal to get funds but because its donations the card is not always in use. FNB told me that the card has been closed because it hasnt been working,so they created a new card for me and that is when I started having problems. I went to FNB bank twice and they told me to create a new e-mail address and I did but they still couldnt not resolve my issue. I have spent 2 full days sitting in banks with no help. the FNB consultants don't seem to have an idea how PayPal works, because they cant seem to help me with the problem all they have been doing is making me start everything from scratch ( new e-mail, new PayPal acoount and I even got 2 new bank cards) but nothing seems to work. I tried calling PayPal directly on the number they provided but it does not work, whats worse is that now I cant even access my old PayPal account it shows a message " sorry we cannot confirm its you" even before asking security questions.
