Paypal alert

Got sent money in US Dollars from Germany into Paypal account.Then was instructed to transfer that money into a Yoswift account where it was slashed to almost half the amount i was supposed to receive in Rands.By the time it was transfered into my personal Capitec account there was almost nothing left!!!Big ********s this business!!
