Paypal

I had ordered hair piece on Milook and did payments via Paypal last year for 5 months leybuy and i was meant to receive it February,but due to the COVID i couldn't. I was advised to wait till September that's when shipping is gonna start,i waited till that month and i even sent a complaint telling them i haven't received my item but I was advised to contract the seller first. I did try to call them but the number didn't go through,I then took to the matter to Paypay where i was advised to send an email and someone shall asset. I did get a response from them saying that my case has been closed no further details given what so ever!!!! I honestly don't understand this can you please asset
