I was informed by a potential buyer of vehicle to open a PayPal account for money transfer as he is temporary in USA. Opened account on PayPal site. Got confirmation from PayPal of opening account. Plus more mails to do temporarily payment for insurance. Will be refunded. ****med R10 000. No protection from Paypal. ******* have 2 email addresses. Never ever Paypal.
