After processing a transaction with an online firm (NXSH Steed Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.) and realising that I had been ****med shortly after processing the transaction I contacted Paypal to request the transaction be stopped . Paypal responded with several poor explanations and have resided in protecting the seller . To Date I not received the product from the seller. My concerns with this is that Paypal has dually authorised these ********* to make use of their platform and clearly do not offer the consumer protection what so ever. I attempted to contact the seller with little or evasive responses only as instructed by Paypal.

Further to this, is that I have read many many similar complaints on the Hello Peter platform after my dissatisfaction and misperceived dealings with Paypal . It appears that paypal continue to allow these ********** transactions across their platform and have not taken action to protect the very people who support and trust their platform when processing online transactions. My advise to anybody would be to seek an alternative means when making online transactions and not to trust the PayPal site ,as they advertise consumer protection however this does not appear to be the case.
