Paypal

Please don't use paypal! Bad I had a refund from a company that was deposit in a closed account, I ask them to return to my new account but they just sending me back and forth with emails that don't make any sense. First they say: "Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding a refund. I've reviewed your account and can see that PayPal issued a refund. And Than: " For privacy and security reasons, in order to address your concerns, please contact us from the email address that is registered to the account, which you wish to discuss. I did so nothing happen they just said I should contact the bank. Bank send me back to them. Someone is taking money that don't belong to them.
