Payment needed from PayPal urgently

I was sent money on PayPal on the 6th September 2019, PayPal then asked me to pay $110 USD (R1 606,76), i did make a payment on the 24th September 2019. I still have not received my money. The email address i used to communicate with PayPal is not working all of a sudden. Please help me get my money from PayPal.
