Pay pay customer service centre no resolution to problems no support

My mother sent money to pay pal it was accidentally sent to my old email address by the sender as i no longer have access to this mail address it has caused endless emails back and forth to their customer service centre with no resolution other than being pushed from pillar to post I'm told to contact pay pal in the USA to resolve this problem myself . Being unemployed and being under financial constraint one does not have these resources at your disposal they simply sit back and pass the buck back to their clients despite requesting their assistance on more than a few occasions . It's been more than 10 days now with no resolution in right. I will never do business with these people ever again their website is certainly not user friendly either . I am totally disgusted with their approach now that there are problems they no longer show any interest in finding a simple resolution .
