Pay pal useless after service

Bought two item through online shopping Had to pay, pay pal Have tried dozens of times to ask pay pay for company supplier My phone broke and have no info l no. Tried to contact them gave dates reference no 5/5/2020 and 10/5 /2020 refenrence no supp**** but they just keep on asking questions that don't make sense. No correspondence from them or supplier When I purchased got email saying goods being packed and shipped ? It is now6 months no news Pay pal has reference no but don't respond There reference nos are*** paid with Capitec account N M E Van Zyl Wife's account How can I get some feedback
