Pathetic service

I am not getting any help from PayPal with funds that I transferred to my bank account that aren’t yet reflecting. It’s almost impossible to log a query with them- they just direct you to the general queries section where my issue isn’t applicable so it doesn’t help. Apparently transfers take 1 business day to reflect in your bank account- it has now been 5 and still nothing. There’s no email address to get into contact with someone. When is someone going to contact me and let me know if there is a problem with my transfer?
