Pathetic PayPal service

I advertised a cellphone one Olx which I wanted to sell. On sunday the 14th of January a guy send a message and said he wants the phone and he will pay me through PayPal. We got the process on the go and on Monday when I dropped the phone at the couriers I send the proof to PayPal and they said it will take up to 24 hours to be paid in. We are now on 48 hours and I’m still waiting for my money and also they don’t respond at all to my emails. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!
