PATHETIC PAYPAL

I received my very 1st payment through PayPal at 12h30 today 29/12/18. Everyone assured me it was simple, easy and efficient! What a nightmare! The payment was immediately put in hold due to unauthorized use on the senders side. I've contacted her and everything is above board and in order her side but aftet nearly 9hrs of endless struggle on the website through their app and FB page and Messenger the payment is STILL on hold! 1 Service Representative begrudgingly sent 2 messages on FB messenger and that was it! No further correspondence or assistance! NO HELP NO CONCERN NO RESOLUTION! PATHETIC! Now I just want my funds released so I can close my account! NEVER AGAIN PAYPAL!
