Outrageous terms

I advertised a wedding dress on gumtree to be sold for R6700.

A woman contacted me regarding the dress and wanted to buy it for her sister.

She advised that she will be paying it over paypal as it is secure. A few minutes later she rep**** and said that she has paid the money to my account but have paid an extra amount so that I could pay the shipment fee of R4100.

Paypal then emailed a notification of this, but required the shipment payment to be paid before the could release the the money into my acoount.

The problem is that I dont have the R4100 in my cashflow to first pay the shipment so that they can pay the money into my account. When I asked them if they could reverse the payment that kept going on that it cannot be canceld or splitted.

There must be a way that this transaction can be coided since I cannot pay the shipment fee. The woman wants to take legal action, but there is literally nothong I can do.

I think the terms are outrageous and there should be some way to reverse this transaction.
