Non existing customer service

Probably the absolute worst customer service. My business account got limited to the point where I can't receive any payments at all, nor can I move my money currently in PayPal. The reason being that I have not provided the correct documentation- even though I did provide everything and it all got approved months back without problems.

I've tried reaching out to them on multiple occasions over the past month but "response is slow due to covid19". Call centers are closed, messages never get rep**** to. Just nothing at all.

During the most stressful and trying time of my entire career, I'm having to point clients away and hold back on projects because I can't receive payments- that due to an error on their side.

Disgusting!
