No service

Paypal blocked my account with funds in it. They give me no reason for this. I cannot get my funds nor can I use my account or apply for another one. To get help is an absolute joke. You cannot speak to an actual person to find out what is going on. I have been struggling for 2 years to get this resolved and I am no closer to a resolution than when I started. I just get emails telling me I am blocked. Worst customer service ever.
