No safety using their service!

Do not think you are save using paypal when making online payments. <br> I made a purchase from a just as bad online company called Safety Angel. <br> <br> It is a physical product which they needed to deliver. Which should have been covered by Paypal because of the fact that the product was delivered without any proper packaging, it was the wrong color, that the full order was not delivered and not to even mention, It does not even work properly?!<br> <br> Paypal just declined the claim and did not even give a proper reason as to why. I tried to contact them to find out the exact reason or to re-open the case as I believe they do not have the full supporting evidence that I received the full order and all the above reasons for having a valid claim. <br> <br> They only send out which seems to be a predetermined email in which it gives you some options as to what might be the reason your claim was declined.... how is that for being protected?? And just tough luck for you if none of those reasons fit your claim!!<br> <br> I wish there was a better way of dealing with online companies that does not deliver!!
