No response to queries

I got a payment notification to a PayPal account I haven't had access to in years. I've since tried to reset my password but have had no success in a long time. I opened a new PayPal account with a different email address some time in 2014. I requested that my main email address be added to my new PayPal account so I can withdraw my money but because of the inaccessible account I can't add that email address. I have mailed PayPal twice now and only received a standard response that didn't help at all. I have responded to the standard response and have since not received a response regarding my query and thus not able to get my money!!!<br> <br> The money I'm supposed top be receiving its being paid from a marketing composition I do surveys for. They can only pay to the email ID I have registered with them. Fit security rains I can't just change my email ID with them just to get paid. So I need to fix this with PayPal. <br> <br> I'm getting paid only $7 but I'm my currency is quite a substantial amount and I need that money. I'm unemployed and any sort of income helps me take care of my kids. <br> <br> I hope PayPal can realize this and do something to help me out.
