NO protection to buyers

Paypal is USELESS. Bought shoes online. After paying for the shoes, I recognised I didnt received any order confirmation emails, 2 weeks later… still no order confirmation or reply on paypal. I asked for a refund on paypal but they keep me waiting. I cant find the original website I used anymore. The one I can find says my login details doesn't exist. More help from paypal would have been nice, isnt that what paypal is for, to protect a buyer. ? Well you website is a mess. You must click on problems, no where to type in my exact problem.
