NO METHOD OF CONTACTING A HUMAN CONSULTANT!

I have been trying without fail to get in contact with Paypal. I even tried to call the USA number listed to no avail. I need urgent help and I know COVID-19 has placed many limitations on the whole world but I just a have a simple request which is becoming a MAMMOTH task!
