Never use Paypal, they are *******!!

I will never ever use Paypal again! I received and overseas payment into my account but my account "could not be verified" when I tried to link my bank account. I did not receive any verification codes via sms. Now I have been blocked from entering my account! "We could not verify it's you." Their customer service is automated and very poor! I urgently need to speak to a HUMAN! They are a bunch of ******* who has my funds...and I feel completely helpless!
