Never trust Paypal transactions

I ordered an item on a website Girondaz, and paid for it via Paypal on the 1st of November 2020. The next day I received an order confirmation from the seller, and did have access to his website for about 3 days after placing the order. Send several emails asking tracking numbers and timeframe when I will expect delivery. No feedback, no emails. After the 5th day I was blocked from his website and couldn't access it anymore. I then requested a refund from Paypal. I was informed that refunds should be done by contacting the seller. And as I stated, they did not answer any of my emails. I then suspected the transaction might be ********** and could be a ****, and contacted Paypal again to assist in a refund. Paypal then confirmed that I should wait 30days. It's been more than 30days, and the transaction is not listed on the summary or activity tab on Paypal anymore. Paypal did confirm that the money will be refunded after 30days, still not refunded.
