Never Trust PayPal

I bought an item through and made a payment though PayPal...I never received the item and followed up a 100 times with the supplier with no response whatsoever.I then logged a dispute with PayPal to get a refund for the purchase and they are also not responding to my case.this has been going on for more than 2 months now as the purchase was made in July already.that bull**** they sell you on theirs website about buyer protection is absolute *******!
