NASTY PayPal service

NASTY experience with PayPal after we sold an electronic item. Buyer insisted on using PayPal and after plenty pressure for passwords we finally got an email to say payment is inbound. But only after paying $182 to get the money released !! Now it has been hours waiting for the transfer 🤬🤬
