My account was hacked

Good day My name is Natasha and my email address is ***

My account was hacked,they changed email address and added new card and they locked me out of my account,it doesn’t exist anymore. I have attached the emails I got,the only option that’s now available is for me to create a new account but I’m worried about my old one and personal details,and they are not responding my emails
