Money with held

<p>I sold my camera to a man who works on a Oil rig he purchsed the camera for his cousin in Kempton Park. He asked me to open a paypal account which I did he transferred the money and sent the camera and sent proof to paypal. He then asked me to sendy money to his friend which I did and sent proof. Then there was R2000 transferred into my account with his consent he then told me his account was hacked in Kenya. Now pappal says i have to pay the R2000 before i can get my funds. Which I feel is not right or fair. I feel pay pal should named and shamed</p>
