Loophole for people to ***** through PayPal

PAYPAL--- There is a loophole for Nigerians/ *******!!!! on Paypal to receive parcels with tracking numbers. Please be aware of this. DO NOT TRUST NIGERIANS!!!!! Do NOT usePAYPAL. Once they have a parcel's tracking number, they get the goods and you loose the parcel/s sent. Paypal should have a hold on people who receive parcels where payment is due. NO PAYMENT, NO PARCEL!!!!!<br> <br> They request to buy parcels from you on Gumtree or OLX. You give banking details- sounds very authentic...and the FIRST email they send looks VERY authentic as they use proper English and English names.<br> <br> Once you send them a tracking number, the real Nigerian comes forward and writes erratic emails. BE AWARE!!!<br>
