login issues and insufficient services

I can't log into my PayPal account. And when I try to change my password, they only let me enter my email address. Only once I went to the next stage and they called. But they called an old number that mo longer exists. So I can't verify my account to change my password. You can't call them because of the lockdown. I can't message them, because I have to he logged in. So what must I do?
