Irate customer of Paypal

I been trying to get help from them for 3 days now when they needed documentation from me the responded and dealt with my account quickly and they were quick to limit my account. Now there's a hold on my funds they don't want to assist me. Their automated service is not assisting me at all. I done all that they told me to do. They told me my funds will be ready in 7 days and it's passed 7 days and still my funds are not available. I am a South African so I can't even call them as the number just ends when I do so. There is no customer service email address. Their help centre inbox system is useless as you just get an automated response. I have bills to pay and I want my money.
