Inquiry

I am attempting to register for PayPal. I am not an FNB customer, I intended to register in order to access income from a payment that was made into my PayPal account. After filling in and submitting the form for Online Banking registration, I get an error "01 middle name initials incorrect" when they were correct and upon refreshing, a different issue each time. EVEN INVALID ID The form script does not point out what was filled incorrectly or how. I attempted to add spaces between initials, etc. No solution.
