If only I could rate it with a "0" star!

One star is too high rating, PayPal needs a "0" start rating. If you think of using PayPal, run the opposite direction! Don't even think about it. They hold your hard earned money in ransom like a mafia. As soon as you get paid by a client, they take their commission and then hold your money and ask question, forms, identity and everything they should have asked and needed when you open the account. This happens every single time you get paid no matter what, the same story again and again. Terrible service, terrible system, don't touch it!
