I WARN YOU ABOUT PAYPAL

I am so frustrated. I have been trying for two years to verify my details with Paypal. And just before lockdown, i am sure when the rand hit an all time low, they decided to freeze the account. I have written countless emails explaining to them that i do not have debt and i can only provide my internet or rental contract. They keep on sending me automated responses and have now blocked me from sending any messages. So i can simply not access them and they are refusing to assist me. If they responded two years ago I would never have used them because i would have known that they are not going to accept a rental contract. But instead they allowed me to use them until the rand dropped too low for their liking. Now what. It is my money. I Have tried to validate. {they have asked for a banking statement and i explained to them that i have tried for ten years to change my address at FNB and still no change. ) Please assist or at least warn people about this place We do not need paypal . A swift code is much faster and cheaper. I have heard from one other person that paypal freezes you out and then take your money but i have no proof. But i am certainly frozen out.
