I want my money back

On the 15th of December 2020 I bought products online at Allysawigs the company is registered as JIANGONGSHA JIA and payed through PayPal transaction #2HJ91502F***F seller invoice number #55811-YRM52647, I payed through PayPal because I have the security that I will get my refund should things go south, I lodged a complaint about the supplier not communicating and then I would suddenly receive communication from supplier, I received my products on the 4th of March and products are such bad quality I can't even use them, I'm have been trying to communicate with PayPal since then via, website, app, and even email no one is responding regarding returns, their system is just not working, I can't lodge another complaint because the system says the case is closed even though I requested the case not to be closed until I receive my goods in good order. I am officially laying a complaint with PayPal, they promise so much before a purchase and after sale service is horrible....I'm very disappointed
