Hacked account, attempted to seal money by hacker, PayPal does nothing

<p>Before of PayPal. Your account gets hacked, you follow their procedures to dispute the claim, they provide you with no information and continually harrass you to confirm your credit card so they can aide the hacker in getting the funds from you. I have tried every avenue suggested by PayPal, but it seems they protect the ******* and not their long standing customer of 8 years, never with one dispute in my history. The hacker apparently said I bought a "Silver Membership" from a site that is not registered and Paypal refuse to tell me what I bought, what the company's creditials are and what IP address was used to access my account and initiate this transaction. I sent an email to the hackers PayPal account asking what I purchased from him and no response. Incidently a day before this took place, I received an email from Paypal saying that suspicious actibity was taking place on my account and that I should secure my account. I checked the headers and the email appears to be authetic. PayPal have aided in a ******** offence and don't give a hoot about my rights. #paypalmustfall</p>
