Hacked Account

My account has been hacked or ****** account by *****sters. I am unable to access my account and I am not able to get hold paypal because its just popular questions asked. I am not able to speak to anyone. I'm frustrated because I am trying to black the account , but it requires me to login while I do not have access to the account because is it has been ****** from me.
